- 1931. 9.14 Heiligkreuz Sisters send 6 sisters to the diocese of Yenji.
By 1939, 21 sisters in five groups have been sent.
- 1935. 10. Four Korean sisters make their first Profession.
By 1944, 20 Korean sisters have taken their religious vows.
- 1946. 5. Forced the closure of the community and the noviciate
by the Chinese Communist Party
- 1947~48 14 Korean sisters who took refuge in various places throughout
South Korea met at the Sacred Heart Orphanage in Cheongju city.
- 1947~51 18 sisters of the Cham monastery repatriated back to their mother house.
3 sisters die in Manchuria.
- 1950. 12. Korean sisters come to Busan as refugees during the Korean War.
- 1951. 11. St. Benedict Charity Hospital in Busan is opened.
- 1952. 9. St. Benedict Hospital in Seoul is opened.
- 1965. 6. The noviciate is moved to Kwang-An Dong, Busan
- 1972. 12. The Korean Community is elevated to the dignity of having its own
delegate superior.
- 1981. 6. Approval of the Olivetan Benedictine Sisters of Busan as an independent
congregation of pontifical right by The Congregation for Institutes of
Consecrated Life and for the Societies of Apostolic Life.
- 1984. 6. Approval of the new constitutions by the Congregation for Institutes of
Consecrated Life and for the Societies of Apostolic Life.
- 1988. 8. The turning-over of St. Benedict Hospital in Busan to the Busan diocese.
- 1991. 12 Missionary sisters were dispatched to Yenji for the first time.
- 1995. 5. The first profession of the first Chinese-Korean sister in Yenji
- 1998. 12. The closing of St. Benedict Hospital in Dong-Ja Dong in Seoul
- 1999. 5. Regional system of governance established for communities in Busan,
Daejeon, and Seoul.
- 2001. 9. 14. Celebration of the 70th anniversary of the foundation of our community
- 2009. 4. 26 Canonization of blessed Bernado Tolomei, founder of the Blessed Virgin of
Monte Oliveto
- 2010. 6. 16 Missionary sisters were dispatched to Brasil for the first time.
- 2011. 9. 14 Celebration of the 80th anniversary of the foundation of our community
- 2015. 4. 20 Missionary sisters were dispatched to Vietnam for the first time.
- 2016. 10. 1 Extension and remodeling construction of the main building and the chapel in Motherhouse.
- 2021. 9. 14 Celebration of the 90th anniversary of the foundation of our community
